Frequently Asked Question ("FAQ")

Q1: How do I know when it should be replaced?
A1: Under normal use, the cartridge should be replaced after 6 to 8 months of use. It may need to be replaced sooner depending on the level of suspended solids and turbidity. Or, when the cartridge turns beige color, then the cartridge should be replaced.
