All Stiebel Eltron Tempra units are designed for single phase power but can be wired for 208 Volt 3-phase power.

Difference between Tempra and Tempra Plus heaters
Tempra Plus includes Tempra Advanced Flow Control. This ground-breaking feature automatically, slightly reduces the water flow rate to maintain the level of hot water temperature that you have set on the dial on the front of the heater. In contrast, with the standard Tempra heater, and typically all modulated tankless heaters, if the demand for hot water exceeds the heater's capacity, then the water temperature coming out your shower or faucet will drop.
