The Paloma/Waiwela PHH-32RDV can support 3 to 4 major hot water functions in areas with warm climate and 2 to 3 simultaneous major hot water functions in areas with cold climate. This unit uses a condensing system that allows it to become the most efficient whole-house tankless water heating solution at an Energy Factor of 0.94. It is also convertible for commercial use for up to 185°F by simply adding a hi-temp computer chip.
Except for the label, this heater is identical to the Rheem RTGH95-DVN. Paloma has owned Rheem since 1988.
