Z-Vent Double Wall Straight Tee Cap, Stainless Steel. Many diameters available.
A tee cap with drain is used at the bottom of a vertical vent pipe/flue stack. To drain the condensate, add a length of high-temperature silicone drain tubing (sold separately, and available in the Related Gadgets tab shown above on this webpage).
Available in inside diameters of 3" to 30". Select the diameter you need in the Diameter menu next to the price above.

Drain damage due to condensate from a tankless water heater. Even if the drain is plastic and is impervious, local building code may require use of a neutralizer.
