Q1: What size should I buy?
A1:
Measure the length and width of the nostrils and compare those to the length and width measurements on the picture above. If you are still not sure, then order our Trial 3-Pack / Size Tester in the menu above. Then after using the product, and seeing which size fits best, come back and order a six-pack of your correct size.

Q2: How long will one Nose Filter last?
Or: Are Nose Filters reusable?
A2: Under normal pollutant conditions, you will get 24 hrs of total use time. Example: A person works a normal eight hour day where pollution is a big problem. At the end of the day, she would take them out and wipe the plastic with alcohol, then store in a zip lock bag and reuse the nose filters on day two and three.

Q3: When will I know that it is time to use a new Nose Filter?
A3: When you notice that breathing through the Nose Filter is more difficult. That's when the filters are clogged with the pollutants that would have gone into your body.

Q4: Do these Nose Filters reduce odors that I breathe?
A4: Nose Filters are not intended to completely remove odors as you breathe. Some customers have reported that they help. But, this is highly subjective and differs according to each person's sense of smell, sensitivities, and mental perception. We suggest you try out a pack and decide for yourself.

Q5: How do I clean Nose Filters?
A5: The charcoal and polycellulose filter media inside the plastic holders are not washable or cleanable. The outside surface of the plastic holder (which is in contact with your nostril) can be wiped with alcohol.

Q6: Do you sell just the carbon/charcoal filters to replace on the nasal filters?
A6: No, sorry, replacement activated carbon filters are not available.
